A floating aluminum roof in the shape of a white cloud extends from the pavilion to provide shelter for 20 cars to recharge.
Panoramic glazing in the public hall creates an open, welcoming space filled with natural light. A playground and parkette for walking dogs is situated on the far side.
The aluminum roof sits on a wood truss structure, floating above the glassed-in pavillion.
Electric cars charge under the elegant carport.
The public hall inside includes a café.
